A unique layered structure
Crespine Gel combines two forms of hyaluronic acid in one implant: a protected inner core of double cross-linked HA surrounded by an outer layer of non-cross-linked HA that contacts physiological fluid. This layered design lets the gel act as a reservoir, gradually releasing free HA strands and giving the single injection its extended duration of effect.
